Increase the buffer size in the app settings.

Install the app, open it, and note the MAC address shown by HotPlayer or the Device MAC Address and Device Key shown by IBO Player. For HotPlayer, open hotplayer.app/upload on a phone or computer and enter the MAC address. For IBO Player, open iboplayer.com/device/login and enter the Device MAC Address and Device Key. Copy the MAC address displayed inside HotPlayer. On a phone or computer, open hotplayer.app/upload, enter the MAC address, then add the M3U or Xtream details.
