1. Acceptance
By using our website or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them, the Privacy Policy, and the Service Continuity Guarantee. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Strong 8K provides internet entertainment streaming (IPTV) for personal home use. The service includes: access to the content library, player apps, and a subscription management panel. The service is credit-based or subscription-based, with a defined duration.
3. Eligibility & Account
- You must be 18 years or older, or have legal guardian permission.
- Registration data must be accurate and current; you are responsible for keeping it updated.
- Your password is your responsibility. Do not share it. Any activity from your account is considered yours.
- One account per person. A single subscription is for personal use on a limited number of devices per your plan.
4. Permitted Use
The service is licensed to you for personal home viewing only. Any commercial use requires a separate agreement via the Reseller Program.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing your subscription credentials with anyone outside your household.
- Reselling the subscription or credits without a signed Reseller agreement.
- Re-broadcasting, publishing, copying, or distributing the content.
- Attempting to bypass DRM, reverse engineer, or extract encryption code.
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose under the laws of your location.
- Harming our infrastructure (DDoS, abusive scraping, unauthorized security probing).
- Impersonating others or using payment information that does not belong to you.
Any breach of the above is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund or compensation.
6. Subscription & Payment
- Prices displayed on the site are those in effect at the time of purchase.
- Payment is processed via the secure Tap gateway. We do not store your card data.
- The subscription activates upon payment confirmation. The duration begins from activation.
- No automatic renewal unless you explicitly opt in. When the period ends, service stops until renewal.
- If payment verification or bank settlement fails, we may suspend service immediately.
- Currencies & prices: minor differences may appear in your bank statement due to FX rates — these are outside our control.
7. Refunds & Guarantee
No cash refunds are issued for activated subscriptions (due to the digital nature of the service). Instead, we honor the Service Continuity Gold Guarantee — which compensates you in service at any outage.
8. Service Availability & Maintenance
- We strive for continuous availability on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur (announced when possible).
- Some channels/content are governed by their original provider — they may add or remove content without notice. This is not a service defect on our side.
- Major outages on our side are covered by the Gold Guarantee.
9. Intellectual Property
Displayed content is owned by its original rights holders and licensed for playback within our platform. Your subscription grants viewing rights only, not ownership or reuse rights. The Strong 8K logo, brand name, and design elements are protected, and may not be used without written permission.
10. Termination
- You may terminate your account anytime by requesting deletion via email or WhatsApp.
- We may terminate or suspend the account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
- After termination, the data retention policy outlined in the Privacy Policy applies.
11. Reseller Program
Wholesale resellers are governed by a separate agreement containing additional commercial terms (minimum order, payment terms, operational commitments). Contact us to request the full agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty beyond the Service Continuity Guarantee above. To the maximum extent permitted by law: our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for any consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for performance failures caused by events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, international network outages, regulatory decisions, or regional blocks.
14. Dispute Resolution
We seek to resolve any dispute amicably through direct communication first. If that fails within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to neutral arbitration under procedures agreed between the parties. Your fundamental consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by this clause.
15. Modifications
We may modify these Terms going forward. Material modifications will be communicated to active users via email. Continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may discontinue your subscription.
16. Miscellaneous
- If any clause here is deemed unenforceable in your location, the remainder of these Terms remain valid.
- These Terms constitute the full agreement between us, superseding any prior communication.
- The Arabic and English versions are equivalent in meaning — in case of textual divergence, the text most achieving fairness between the parties prevails.
