What is IPTV, in plain language?

IPTV simply means television delivered over your internet connection instead of a satellite dish or cable line. Same channels, same matches, same films and series — they just stream to your screen over Wi-Fi or your network. Nothing to install on your roof, no engineer visit.

What exactly do I get with a subscription?

Which devices are supported?

Almost every modern screen: Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Android TV, Amazon Fire Stick, MAG boxes, Roku, VIDAA TVs, Windows and macOS — and effectively any device that can run a standard IPTV / M3U player.

Which app should I install?

It depends on your device, and our setup email points you to the right one. As a guide: IPTV Smarters or TiviMate on Android and Android TV, IPTV Smarters Pro on iPhone and iPad, and a compatible player on Smart TVs. Our Apps page has the full list with step-by-step guides.

How many devices can I watch on at the same time?

One subscription = one stream playing at a time. You can install it on as many of your own devices as you like and switch freely between them, but to watch on two screens simultaneously you simply add a second subscription. We limit concurrent streams, not the number of devices.

Can I switch devices later?

Yes, as often as you like. Your subscription lives with your account, not a single device. Move from your phone to the living-room TV to your laptop whenever it suits you — just keep it to one stream playing at any moment.

Is the picture really up to 8K?

Yes — for content that exists at that resolution from the source. Most channels and titles today are mastered in 4K or 1080p, and we stream each one at its native quality. Our network can carry 8K where it is available; we do not fake it with upscaling or misleading labels.

What internet speed do I need?

As a rough guide per stream: around 8 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K, and 50 Mbps for 8K. What matters is your real speed during busy evening hours, not the headline number from your provider. A stable connection matters more than a huge one.

My stream keeps buffering — what should I do?

Most buffering is local: weak Wi-Fi, a busy router, or your connection slowing at peak times. A quick test is to switch to mobile data for a minute and see if it clears. If it keeps happening, message us — we run servers in several locations and can often route you to a closer one.

How paying works — and what we never store

How do the plans work?

Choose a duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), pay once upfront, and you are set until it ends. Longer plans cost less per month, so a 12-month plan works out far cheaper than paying monthly. You can see every plan and price on the Pricing page.

Is payment secure? What happens to my card?

Checkout runs over an encrypted (TLS) connection through a certified payment gateway. Your card details go straight to that gateway — we never see them and never store them. All we receive is confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. There is no auto-renewal and no card kept on file, so there are no surprise charges. When your subscription reaches its end date the service simply stops, and you renew only if and when you choose to. Cancel anytime means exactly that — just let it lapse.

Can I get a refund?

If we fail to deliver the service, we make it right — through an extension, a replacement, or service credit equal to your subscription. The full terms are written plainly on our Refunds page, so you know where you stand before you pay.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?

Message us on WhatsApp any time — it is the fastest way to reach a real person, 24/7. You can also use the contact form on the site. For activation problems or outages we respond fastest, because that is when you need us most.

Can I share my account with family or friends?

Using it across your own household is fine. Sharing your login with another home is against our Terms, and because we limit concurrent streams it will not work well anyway — two homes watching at once will clash. If you need a second household covered, a second subscription is the clean answer.

What if my login stops working or feels compromised?

Message us on WhatsApp right away. We can reset your password, invalidate the old details, and issue you fresh login credentials quickly. Keeping your account safe is part of the service — you are never left to sort it out alone.
